Our office DOES NOT accept any form of Medicaid, Medical Assistance or State Insurance. You will be responsible for any balance not covered under insurance. 

Self Pay Rates:

Physician & Nurse Practitioners: 

$250 Initial Psych Eval / 

$125 - 30 min follow up med management

$200 - 1hour med management

**Please note if sessions go beyond the allotted time slot given, there will be an additional charge of $25 every 15 minutes over.** 

Therapists: $250 Initial Therapy Session / $150 Follow-Up Therapy Session
