Dr. Raman comes from Bombay, India. He moved to the US in 1999 after his Medical School and Psychiatry Residency at Grant Medical College. He completed his Psychiatry Training here at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He has a Masters In Pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University. He worked at the Penn Dual Diagnosis Unit for 4 years before he started his private practice in Media. He is a consultant at Riddle Memorial Hospital and Fair Acres Geriatric Center. He and his family reside in Media and are closely connected to the community.
Erin completed a Bachelors in Psychology from University of Central Florida and a Bachelors in Nursing from Ohio University. She worked in a variety of settings as a registered nurse including skilled nursing, acute care, and critical care. She completed her Masters degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. She resides in Southern New Jersey and can be found at the park with her family, taking barre classes, or reading a book from the library.

Tim completed his Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, and worked in a variety of community settings as an RN as a school nurse. He completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice in Pediatric Primary Care from the University of Pittsburgh, and went on to complete his Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental-Health at Pitt after finding he wanted to specialize and better manage the mental health needs of his patients. He resides in Chester
County and loves to spend time with his family and dog, Arya, or catching up with the latest episode of Jeopardy.
Betsy Stratton has over 20 years of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Individual and Family Studies from Penn State University and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University. She has extensive experience in the mental health field having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. After working on an inpatient psychiatric unit while attending graduate school, she worked in the Social Rehabilitation Program and saw outpatients for individual therapy at Hall-Mercer Community Mental Health Center of Pennsylvania Hospital before moving to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital where she served as the Director of Psychiatry and had a private practice. She has also had extensive experience consulting to hospitals nationwide on operations and delivering and measuring quality care. Her practice focuses on seeing individuals and couples for psychotherapy. She works to establish a safe and trusting environment and uses a variety of approaches, including psychodynamic and family-systems strategies, to help clients obtain the best possible outcome from their experience.
