If you or someone you know is affected by the closure of Crozer Hospital and will be losing your mental health provider, we are here to help.
Riddle Psychiatry is conveniently located at the intersection of Route 352 and Route 3 in the Westtown Business Center. We understand that starting over can be difficult, and that transitioning to a new provider is no small task. That’s why our team of dedicated and compassionate providers is committed to making the process as seamless as possible, ensuring continuity of care without unnecessary stress.
While we do accept most commercial insurance plans and traditional Medicare Part B, we unfortunately do not accept Medicaid/Keystone First or any state insurance plans at this time. However, we strive to make our care accessible by offering highly competitive out-of-pocket rates:
We also recognize that our location may be a bit out of the way for clients in the Delaware County area. While our policy is to see all new clients in person, we are open to making exceptions and offering telehealth visits for new patients during this transitional period. Our long-term hope is to eventually open a location closer to Delaware County to better serve the community. Please note that if your provider determines that telehealth isn’t the best fit for your treatment, you may still need to attend appointments in person at our West Chester office.
We’re here to support you through this difficult time and would be honored to be part of your mental health journey.
Please don’t hesitate to call us at 484-444-2151 to inquire about an appointment or ask any questions.
